Community HOMEWORK HELP Program

Oakland Mills United's Community Homework Help Program is a free service for all K-12 students. Our tutoring sessions run Monday - Thursday for 30 minutes. Sign up for a session today! All tutoring sessions are ONLINE via Google Meets. In-person tutoring sessions are available on a limited basis.

TUTORING SESSION POLICIES

BE RESPECTFUL

Our tutors are all volunteers that are here to help YOU. Please be respectful during your tutoring session.

Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. All school rules apply here.

Please do not record or take any pictures during your tutoring session UNLESS you have PERMISSION from your tutor to do so.

Please also make sure that your parent/guardian has completed the permission form.

ATTENDANCE

Please make sure that you show up to your appointment!

We have a limited amount of tutors and many students who want to use our tutoring service.

Please make sure to show up on time. If you can no longer make your appointment, please cancel it at least 2 hours in advance

How to Sign Up for HW Help Sessions

How to Sign Up

HW Help Tutoring Sessions are FREE for ALL STUDENTS! How amazing is that? To book a tutoring session, select the tutor that tutors in your needed subject area(s), click "schedule", and find the time and date that works for you. TADA you now have a tutoring session! You will receive an email invite that has the Google Meet link. Click accept and click on the Google Meet link when its time for your meeting!

Permission Waiver

To receive our FREE tutoring, you and your parent/guardian will have to sign our permission waiver. This form should be submitted by the parent/guardian and not the student. This only needs to be signed once, after this you can sign up for as many session as you want!

Book Your Tutor

Meet our amazing volunteer tutors! Under each tutor, you can find the subject(s) they are tutoring. Once you find the tutor for your class, schedule an appointment by clicking the Schedule button! Pick a time and day that works for you and enjoy your homework help session!
